The Sharks suffered a morale busting loss on the road to Bath this weekend. Charlie Hodgson scored a drop goal, a conversion and three penalties, but could not slot a last gasp drop goal to win the match. Oriol Ripol ran in for Sale's only try.

The Sharks are currently eigth in the Guinness Premiership - one place above Wasps who visit this Friday.
